Alhamdulillah

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ

All praise belongs to Allah 

Alhamdulillah is the Arabic way to say 'All praise belongs solely to Allah.'

It is solely Allah that is the Creator behind all of creation. It is Allah that enables the human being to carryout any and all tasks - the One that bestows any and all rewards upon His creation, and the One that sends down whatever He wills to whomsoever He wills, and so, Muslims are taught to give thanks, and remain in a state of constant gratitude to their Benevolent Creator.
